She is a vivacious Master of Ceremonies, facilitator, social entrepreneur and mentor, with 19 years of combined experience in engineering, marketing, events management, dance teaching, community engagement and social entrepreneurship. Her mission is to inspire people to find their inner spark, to make a positive impact doing what they love, in their unique way so that we can have a happier, healthier, more inclusive and connected society. Her work is mainly focused on diversity, inclusion and social entrepreneurship, particularly with older adults, people with disabilities and CALD/migrant communities. She Co-founded Mosaik Experiences and now runs her own social enterprise Vivacious.
